About Dimoda

Where does the name Dimoda come from?

Dimoda means trends/modern freely translated from the Italian. The family is inspired by Italy and our clothing brand Mirelle Design is manufactured there. Therefore, it became natural to also choose a store name inspired from Italy.

Where are the products manufactured?

The Mirelle Design clothing brand is manufactured almost exclusively in Italy. Our jeans brands are French, but are manufactured in China.

What characterizes Dimoda as a brand?

Are you a woman who goes your own way, has your personal style and may want to stand out? Welcome to us and our world of fashion and accessories that enhance your personal style.

Delivery & Return

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to choose a delivery method at checkout.

How long is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 10 pm. 13 is normally sent the same day and takes 1-3 days to deliver to you. Orders placed after. 13 is sent out the day after and can therefore take 2-3 days. If you order products on the weekend or holidays, your order will be sent almost the following weekday and then take 1-3 days to arrive at you. To which countries do you send?

Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the rest of Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Sweden, the standard freight costs SEK 49, free shipping when purchasing over SEK 499.

Standard shipping costs SEK 99 to Europe.

What do I do if I have not received any order confirmation?

If you have not received any order confirmation in the inbox, checked that it did not end up in the spam and it has been more than 2 hours, contact us at tel. 0301-433 95 or e-mail info@dimoda.se with your first and last name and preferably order number and we will help you.

I have not received any avi/sms/e-mail that my package has arrived?

If you have not received a notification within 5 days from the time you have ordered / received an email that the order is sent, please contact our customer service at info@dimoda.se with your name and order number and we will help you. A delivery normally takes a maximum of 5 working days, so if your package takes longer than that, something has probably been wrong.

How do I make a return?

If you want to make a return, contact our customer service either via tel. 0301-433 95 or e-mail info@dimoda.se and we will help you how to proceed.

How do I do if I regret and don't want what I have ordered?
