Terms and Conditions

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you, as a consumer ("you"), place an order via www.dimoda.se ("website"). Agreements are concluded between you and APK Real Estate, organization number 556937-2393 ("Dimoda"). The terms are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who make orders via the website.

If you wish to get in touch with us, we recommend that you contact our customer service via e-mail info@dimoda.se.

To be able to order on the website you must:
• be legally capable of entering into a legal contract,
• be at least 18 years of age,
• Make sure all the information you give us is correct,
• Make sure you are authorized users of the credit or debit and that there are sufficient means to cover the cost of the goods

Dimoda reserves itself for final sales as well as any image and writing errors on the website, such as errors in
Product description, incorrect prices and price adjustments or incorrect information about whether an item is in stock. Dimoda has the right to correct such any errors and to change or update
the information at any time. If the incorrect price has been set for an item you have ordered, Dimoda will of course notify you and wait for your approval of the corrected price before Dimoda continues with the order.

The website, as well as all content on this, is owned by Dimoda or its licensees. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that brands, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Dimoda.

2. Agreement & Order

In order to make a purchase via the website, you must accept the terms. By accepting the terms, you undertake to comply with the terms as a whole, and agree that you have taken part in the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies according to Dimoda's privacy policy.

An agreement on purchase is entered into only when Dimoda confirmed your order and you received order confirmation by e-mail. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a sales agreement. An agreement between you and Dimoda for the purchase of the goods will be created when your payment has been approved by us and we have charged your credit or debit card. Dimoda urges you to save the order confirmation for any contacts with Dimoda's customer service. Dimoda does not attach a printout of the order confirmation with the delivery.

3. Prices, Payment & Fees

When ordering via the website, the prices specified on the website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and prices are always including VAT. Prices do not include any shipping fees, they are specified separately at the checkout.

You can pay in the ways specified at the checkout on the site. Dimoda has the right to pay already in connection with
the order and reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods, or change payment methods if what you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of the purchase. Please note that any payment option restrictions are stated on the website.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have stated as soon as your purchase has been approved.

Dimoda is not responsible for delay fees, reminder fees or delay when payment is not made on time. Questions about this can be asked directly to Qliro's customer service.

4. Promotions, Offers & Gift Cards

Dimoda can sometimes offer special offers and discounts related to certain articles on the website.
The terms of use for any special offers or discounts will be stated at the time of issuing.

Dimoda reserves us the right to withdraw such special offers or discounts at any time, without warning.

Purchase of gift cards is made at Dimoda.se and is delivered electronically to the e-mail address you specify at the time of order. Gift certificates are redeemed on our website as full or partial payment of products from our
website. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the issuance. Make sure that the recipient's email address is correct when you buy a gift card, as we are not held responsible if the e-mail address is incorrectly stated and someone other than the intended recipient receives and uses the gift card. Gift cards are never included by general discounts that
specified for products on the website. Gift cards cannot be replaced with cash. Dimoda is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no compensation will be given.

5. Delivery & Transport

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified in the respective delivery options.

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly shown when applicable and included in the "Total Cost" section at the checkout.

If packages are to be released, do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages should normally be collected in person with a valid identification and order number. You always get a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be done via e-mail, regular mail and if you have left mobile numbers, even via telephone calls or SMS. Always check that your shipment is unharmed upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, contact us at info@dimoda.se within 14 days and we will help you.

6. Force Majeure

Dimoda is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Dimoda could not control such as general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government provision, technical problems, errors in electrical/telecommunications or other communication and errors or delay in Services from subcontractor due to circumstance as stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which results in exemption from damages and other penalties. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Dimoda have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

7. Complaints

The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you find that the item is defective when you receive your order, you should contact Dimoda as soon as possible. Contact our customer service at info@dimoda.se. Complaints made within two months from the time you discovered the error
is always considered to have been left on time. You have 3 years of complaints on goods purchased on the website.

When advertised is returned and the complaint is approved, Dimoda will compensate for you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Dimoda strives for this to happen within 30 days of the complaint being received, but it can take longer sometimes. Dimoda reserves the right to deny a
Complaints if it turns out that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In complaints, Dimoda follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se. More information can be found at www.konsumentverket.se.

8. Returns

If you want to make a return, contact Dimoda at info@dimoda.se and we will help you. You have the right to regret a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The products must be unused for a return to apply. If the products are destroyed or used does not apply to repayment. If you choose to make a return, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.

Upon return we will refund what you paid for the item. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14
Banking days counted from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The repayment is always made to the same debit card used at the time of purchase. If you choose to make a return, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.

9. Not picked up packages

If you forgot or could not retrieve your package, it will be sent back to us and counted as united package. For all packages that are not retrieved, we reserve the right to charge you a cost on
SEK 250 for return cost and administration.

Once we receive your return, we will refund you the sum for the order minus a fee of SEK 49 for return costs and administration.

You will receive a confirmation email when we refund your order. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14 business days calculated from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The repayment is made
Always to the same debit card used at the time of purchase.

If it has been more than 2 weeks since your package returned from the delivery point, please contact us at info@dimoda.se. 

If you want your order, place a new order as usual. 

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Dimoda reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time. All changes to these terms will be published on the website. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the terms and conditions
(In connection with a new purchase or visit to the website), or 30 days after Dimoda has informed you about the changes. However, Dimoda recommends that you regularly check the terms on the website to be aware of any changes.

11. Invalidity

If the competent court, authority or arbitration panel would find that any provision in these conditions is invalid or non-enforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and
enforceable to the extent that applicable law allows. The provisions declared invalid or that cannot be enforced will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.

12. Applicable Law & Dispute

Disputes should primarily be resolved in agreement after discussion with Dimoda's customer service (info@dimoda.se). 

If dispute cannot be resolved in consensus with Dimoda, you as a customer may turn to ARN (General
the Complaints Board) that you find more information about on www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission's mediation platform in disputes, which you will find via the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint through this platform, your
Case automatically to the right nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without interfering with court.

In the event of a dispute, Dimoda follows decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and decided in accordance with paragraph 12.2 above or ultimately by the general court.
