1. Agreement & Order

In order to make a purchase via the website, you must accept the terms. By accepting the terms, you undertake to comply with the terms as a whole, and agree that you have taken part in the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies according to Dimoda's privacy policy.

An agreement on purchase is entered into only when Dimoda confirmed your order and you received order confirmation by e-mail. This email is only a confirmation of your order and is not a sales agreement. An agreement between you and Dimoda for the purchase of the goods will be created when your payment has been approved by us and we have charged your credit or debit card. Dimoda urges you to save the order confirmation for any contacts with Dimoda's customer service. Dimoda does not attach a printout of the order confirmation with the delivery.

2. Prices, Payment & Fees

When ordering via the website, the prices specified on the website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and prices are always including VAT. Prices do not include any shipping fees, these are specified separately at the checkout.

You can pay in the ways specified at the checkout on the site. Dimoda has the right to pay already in connection with
the order and reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods, or change payment methods if what you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of the purchase. Please note that any payment option restrictions are stated on the website.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have stated as soon as your purchase has been approved.

Dimoda is not responsible for delay fees, reminder fees or delay when payment is not made on time. Questions about this can be asked directly to Qliro's customer service.

4. Delivery & Transport

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified in the respective delivery options.

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of your product, which is clearly shown when applicable and included in the "Total Cost" section at the checkout.

If packages are to be released, do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages should normally be collected in person with a valid identification and order number. You always get a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be done via e-mail, regular mail and if you have left mobile numbers, even via telephone calls or SMS. Always check that your shipment is unharmed upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, contact us at info@dimoda.se no later than within 2 days of receiving the package, we will help you.

5. Force Majeure

5.1
Dimoda is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Dimoda could not control such as general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government provision, technical problems, errors in electrical/telecommunications connections or other communication and errors or delay in Services from subcontractor due to circumstance as stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which results in exemption from damages and other penalties. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Dimoda have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

6. Complaints

6.1
The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you find that the item is defective when you receive your order, you should contact Dimoda as soon as possible. Contact our customer service at info@dimoda.se. Complaints made within two months from the time you discovered the error
is always considered to have been left on time. You have 3 years of complaints on goods purchased on the website.

When advertised is returned and the complaint is approved, Dimoda will compensate for you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 7. Returns

If you want to make a return, contact Dimoda at info@dimoda.se and we will help you. You have the right to regret a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The products must be unused and unopened for a return to apply. If the products are destroyed or used, the right to a refund does not apply. Returns are made on
Own expense except if the product is defective or had been packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or as a package. If you choose to make a return, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.

7.2
Upon return we will refund what you paid for the item. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14
Banking days counted from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The repayment is always made to the same debit card used at the time of purchase. If you choose to make a return, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.

8. Not picked up packages

If you forgot or could not retrieve your package, it will be sent back to us and counted as united package. For all packages that are not retrieved, we reserve the right to charge you a cost on
SEK 150 for return cost and administration.

Once we have received your return, we will refund you the sum for the order minus a fee of SEK 150 for return costs and administration.

You will receive a confirmation email when we refund your order. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14 business days calculated from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The repayment is made

If it has been more than 2 weeks since your package returned from the delivery point, please contact us at info@dimoda.se. 

If you want your order, place a new order as usual. 

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Dimoda reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time. All changes to these terms will be published on the website. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the terms and conditions
(In connection with a new purchase or visit to the website), or 30 days after Dimoda has informed you about the changes. However, Dimoda recommends that you regularly check the terms on the website to be aware of any changes.
